Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Para Cabelo, managed by Richi Enterprises. We aim to provide quality hair accessories and a reliable shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The product was delivered damaged.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • Items included in the purchased set are missing.

Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or customer ordering errors are generally not accepted.

For hygiene reasons, used or worn hair accessories are generally not eligible for discretionary returns. These restrictions do not affect rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please share your order number, details of the issue, and clear product photographs. An unboxing video may be provided if available but is not mandatory.

Our support team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

Approved returns for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders will be handled without return shipping charges to the customer. We will provide return pickup arrangements or suitable instructions.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved:

  • Prepaid order refunds will be initiated to the original payment method wherever possible.

  • COD order refunds will be arranged through a suitable electronic payment method after obtaining the necessary refund details.

  • Refund timelines depend on processing and banking systems and will comply with applicable legal requirements.

Where appropriate, a replacement may be offered, subject to the customer's agreement and legal rights.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

For eligible prepaid cancellations, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.

After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible, but customers can contact support regarding applicable return or consumer rights.

Consumer Protection

Nothing in this policy restricts any statutory rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, applicable E-Commerce Rules, or other Indian laws.
